Terms & Conditions
The terms and conditions for boarding your cat at Shima Cat Hotel. Your cat must be fit and healthy and free from any termites / worms. Your cat must have an up to date vaccination / booster. (Please bring your card with you on every visit when booking in)
Please ensure any vaccination / booster has been issued 5 weeks prior to your booking date and the 2nd injection a minimum of 2 weeks prior to your booking date.
A vet treatment of flea and wormer is required prior to your booking date. If I find your cat does have fleas or worms, this will be treated by our vet at a cost to you on the owner and will be added to your bill at departure.
We do not accept cats un-neutered over the age of 8 months.
Health
Should your cat show signs of ill health whilst in our care, we will contact you or your emergency UK contact immediately to discuss the situation. If necessary we will take your cat to your recommend vet if within a 5 mile radius, otherwise we will use our own vet The House Vet Shamley Green. All vet fees will be payable by you the cats owner on your return for collection. We endeavour to take care and look after your pet 100%
We accept no liability should you pet become ill or any loss to your pet during their stay at Shima Cat Hotel.
Cat Collars must be removed whilst in our care for safety reasons.
UnCollected Pets
Should you fail to collect your cat after the departure date and we have not received any communication from you and are unable to make any contact with you to discuss the situation, we will have no alternative but to re-home you Cat with a local charity center. You will still be liable to pay the full amount and the days exceeding your departure date.
Delays in collecting your pet will be charged at the daily rate, should you be delayed please contact us immediately so we know the situation.
Cats Sharing a Pen from the same household We are very happy for your bonded cats to share a pen together. However should your cats become hostile towards each other by fighting. We reserve the rights to separate your cats into two separate pens at a cost to you at a single pen rate.
