It really is a cat hotel! Definitely not your average cattery. The hygiene is second to none. I use it {very very} regularly for Ruby my Bengal and I know she is in excellent hands. Andina's passion of animals comes through as she treats each cat as an individual. I highly recommend.

This is a very fine cat hotel. Andina and her family run a fabulous place. It's modern, clean and spacious.
Our cat has stayrd at Shima Cat Hotel quite a few times and she is always well looked after. Shima Cat Hotel is always my first choise for my cat as I know she is in the loving care of Andina & Co.

Visited Yesterday and found Andina to be the ideal carer for our precious Bengal. She understands our connection to our felines and offers a caring, safe environment for the cats to holiday. Andina is the kind of person we all wish existed to look after our precious felines. And she DOES! My Bengal, Arthur, was really happy there.. He got lots of attention and fuss. Best of all, Andina keeps in touch
and sends you photos and messages. Because, lets be honest, we worry about about our children when we're away from them don't we?! Will we be using Shima Cat Hotel again? DEFINITELY

5 Stars! Andina is very calm and lovley with the cats. She's taken great care of my two cats, she treats them like they are her own. All the pens are really lovley, they have heaters and air conditioning too! Highly recommend.

Fabulous hotel for cats!
Was reluctant to put our cats into cattery as previous experience had been negative. Over running building work while we were away made it necessary.
I could not have been happier with their stay with Andina. She sent regular updates, pictures and even a video of the cats playing. They returned home relaxed and quite contented. Andina really goes the extra mile and her love of cats is very apparent. Would definitely recommend her cat hotel and wish her every success.
